Reservation forms will be mailed about the first of the year. Use the contact form on the "Upcoming Event" page to be sure that you're on the list if you'd like a mailed form. Mail that with your check.

Below is an interactive form that you can fill out online and pay using the Paypal button. You can use any credit card with Paypal and you don't need to have a Paypal account. When you click "send form" the form will be sent to Andy Wangstad. If you desire a vegetarian meal, call me.

Once you have sent the form, then you can click the "buy" button for payment. Select the number of meals you are paying for and THEN click the "pay" button. At the bottom of the "log into PayPal" message, there is a button where you can pay with any credit card.
